"Dark Horse on the Wind" was originally written by late Irish musician Liam Weldon in 1966, and laments the lost dreams of the Irish Volunteers of the controversial 1916 Easter Rising. Upon its original release, the song was a searing indictment of society in post-independence Ireland, and a warning of the political troubles yet to come. The original Weldon version is a staple of the long-running band's live performance, as PRIMORDIAL uses it as their introduction to every performance.

Mikolaj is a real multi-talent in bass as well as guitar as well as vocals and "Darkside" Maciej's drumming is a well-calibrated 100th-of-seconds-clockwork. Not for nothing is Mgla considered as a standard for a lot of other blacker-than-black metal bands. I hope to see this band live once..... grote_smurf
